MazaGTR TMS brings transport jobs, truck GPS tracking, fuel, maintenance, invoicing and receivables onto one screen. It is built in Morocco for hauliers who work domestically as well as from Morocco to Europe, on the web and in the MazaGTR app.
What the software does
Jobs that follow and close themselves
Every job is domestic, export, import or transit, detected from the route. Each step is confirmed by a source: the GPS, the driver’s app, the port or the shipping line. At the final point the job closes automatically.
GPS by tracker or by phone
Your GPS trackers first; without a tracker, the driver’s phone takes over, with his consent and only during the mission. If the GPS is cut or the network is lost, the map shows it and the driver is alerted. With the phone alone there is no fuel level and no CAN-bus options: for those you need a tracker.
Fuel, real margin and receivables
Consumption is followed truck by truck, with an alert when the level drops while the truck barely moves, and the fuel suggested by the GPS for each job. Fuel, tolls and subcontracting are attached to the right job: you see the real margin, the invoices, the payments and the receivables.
Maintenance, deadlines and driving
Mileage-based maintenance alerts, reminders before insurance and technical inspections expire, the 360° vehicle check at departure and return, and driving monitoring: speeding, harsh braking, zone entries and exits, trip replay.
Clients and partners without phone calls
Your clients follow their shipments on a portal or through a public link, and never see prices, driver names, plates or GPS positions. Your partners connect through a REST API, shipping lines on the DCSA standard and signed webhooks (HMAC-SHA256).
WhatsApp, AI copilot and dashboards
A client request received on WhatsApp becomes a draft job. The AI copilot answers in plain language about revenue, receivables, late jobs and margins. The Operations, Finance and GPS dashboards compare periods and export to Excel.
The same job, in everyone’s language
The dispatcher in French, the client in Arabic, the partner in English, the supplier in Spanish: everyone reads the same job at the same time. Roles and permissions are set per screen and per action.
