What is a TMS?
A TMS (Transport Management System) is the software that manages transport jobs, from request to invoice. MazaGTR TMS adds GPS, fuel, maintenance, real margin and the client portal.
Does MazaGTR TMS work without a GPS tracker?
Yes. Without a tracker, the driver’s phone sends the position, with his consent and only during the mission. There is then no fuel level and no CAN-bus options: for those you need a tracker.
How much does MazaGTR TMS cost?
One price per vehicle per month, with volume tiers and an annual rate. Drivers are free and each vehicle includes a driver access on the phone. Live prices are in the Pricing section of the site.
Do my clients see my prices or my drivers?
No. The client portal and the public tracking link never show prices, driver names, plates or GPS positions.
Can I try before buying?
Yes: 14 days free, no credit card. For a demo, an advisor calls you back.
In which languages and on which devices?
In French, English, Spanish and Arabic, on the web and in the MazaGTR app (Android and iOS). Each user works in their own language on the same job.
Can MazaGTR be linked to another system?
Yes: a REST API, shipping lines on the DCSA standard, terminals, EDI files and signed webhooks for your partners.
What is DGI e-invoicing?
It is the scheme of the Direction Générale des Impôts (article 145-IX of the General Tax Code, 2024 Finance Act): each invoice is validated by the DGI platform before it is legally issued, the so-called "clearance" model. The announced format is UBL 2.1 with a qualified electronic signature, and the ICE of both seller and buyer is mandatory. The roll-out is announced in waves "during 2026", large companies (turnover above 200 million dirhams) first, SMEs and very small businesses in 2027-2028. The decree setting the dates and thresholds has not been published yet and no public technical specification exists so far. A free portal, fatourati.gov.ma, is announced for small companies. Is MazaGTR ready?
MazaGTR is ready on the invoice side: every invoice is already sealed when it is validated (integrity chain, public verification QR code, archive), and UBL 2.1, the electronic signature and the ICE are provided for in the invoicing engine. The connection to the DGI platform is switched on as soon as the official API is published, at no extra cost. The full data of every invoice can already be exported as XML (UBL).
What do I have to do today?
Fill in the ICE, IF and RC in your company profile, and validate your invoices in the application. Nothing else: the rest switches on when the API is published.
