The customer writes on WhatsApp. The AI drafts a dossier out of it; you confirm. Each point of the line lights up when its message arrives: message received, dossier created, confirmation, departure, checkpoints, arrival.

The copilot reads the customer's request and prepares the dossier; all you do is confirm.
The driver's phone: mission, proof of delivery, expenses.
- The mission arrives on the phone, with navigation to the next step; GPS tracking picks up again by itself after a cut or a restart.
- Proof of delivery: an on-screen signature and one to four photos. The delivery note PDF is generated and filed in the dossier, and the delivery is time-stamped.
- Fuel, toll or other expenses, with a photo of the receipt. They stay "to validate" and only count in the margin once the office validates them.

Android: an install prompt (Google Play or an APK file) will appear as soon as the app is published, coming soon. iPhone: the site is added to the home screen from Safari, with the steps illustrated.
Honestly: on iPhone, the installed site does not track the position in the background. For continuous tracking you need a box, or the Android app once it is published.

From rate to quote to groupage.
- One rate per customer, per route and per vehicle type, with a default grid for the other customers; per trip or per tonne.
- A dated quote with its validity period, sent by e-mail with its PDF. Once accepted, it becomes one dossier per rate line. Sending by WhatsApp: coming soon.
- Groupage is suggested when two dossiers go to the same destination with the same vehicle type, a day apart (adjustable). Nothing is automatic: the supervisor confirms, then the costs are shared equally, by price or by weight.

Where is my data hosted?
Each company has its own database, separate from everyone else's. Your data stays yours: you can take a copy out at any time (Excel, CSV or JSON) and we keep regular backups of it.
Can I send my messages through official WhatsApp?
Soon. Sending through the official WhatsApp API is waiting for Meta's approval, and we do not switch it on before. Meanwhile your messages go out by e-mail and through the portal banner.
Which GPS boxes are compatible?
Boxes supported by Traccar (170+ protocols) and GPS platforms that offer an API. With no box, the driver's phone does the tracking, with his consent and only during the mission. Tell us your model in the form and we will check it with you.
